HOME SALES DOWN IN DC AREA
The National Association of Home Builders released information that home sales for the month of June, 2007 were 6% lower than new homes in 2006.
Opportunities for new homes in the Maryland and Northern Virginia area are good for home buyers. Builders have lowered the base price of homes by approximately 10-15% and are offering very generous incentives to buyers along with closing help.
