Foreclosures in Loudoun County - Homes for Sale

Filed under: ABOUT LOVETTSVILLE REAL ESTATE — admin @ 4:10 pm

While updating the inventory of homes for sale this afternoon, we discovered that more and more homes have gone to foreclosure.  Most of these homes have never been occupied and were purchased by investment buyers in 2005 at the peak of the real estate market, a time which turned out to also be the peak of real estate sales.  Once the market rached the priced it did, buyers STOPPED buying and investment buyers who thought they would buy a new home, enjoy appreciation while the home was under construction, discovered at settlement that the home was worth less than the owner paid.

The key to buying a home from the foreclosing bank is knowing what you are buying compared with new homes now being offered for sale.  JUST BECAUSE A HOUSE IS A FORECLOSURE, DOESN’T MAKE IT A GOOD BUY.

Homefinders.com agents are skilled negotiators and will provide you with the facts and information needed to analyze the offering price to make sure that the foreclosuse IS, indeed a bargain.

Newly foreclosed home on the market in Lovettsville include a home in New Town Meadows.  To see this home, contact Lenn Harley, Homefinders.com, 800-711-7988.
