Check the Gallons Per Minute For the Well at the New Home

NEW HOMES IN LOUDOUN COUNTY ARE THE BEST BUY THEY HAVE BEEN IN SEVEN YEARS.

NATURE IS HELPING TOO !!!   A HOME IN WESTERN LOUDOUN COUNTY WITH LOTS OF WATER!!!

One of my buyers wrote on a lot for new construction in Loudoun County yesterday.  IF it goes through, he will have a wonderful home at a great price and LOTS OF WATER.

I know enough about well water supplies and quality to know that, if I’m going to sell a home with a well, I am going to want to know the results of the well test for gallons per minute production and well depth.  The well for the lot my buyer wants is 450 feet deep and has a 50 gallons per minute production.  My cup literally runneth over.

Loudoun County only requires ONE (1) Gallon Per Minute for a building permit.  Yes, ONE GALLON PER MINUTE is all that is required.

At any rate, this is very good news and if the contract goes through, my home buyer is not likely to have a concern about the water supply.  In fact, he could install a landscaping sprinkling system and not have to worry.

Example of new home in the $750,000 price range.
