The well for the lot my buyer wants is 450 feet deep and has a 50 gallons per minute production. My cup literally runneth over.
Loudoun County only requires ONE (1) Gallon Per Minute for a building permit. Yes, ONE GALLON PER MINUTE is all that is required.
At any rate, this is very good news and if the contract goes through, my home buyer is not likely to have a concern about the water supply. In fact, he could install a landscaping sprinkling system and not have to worry.
